Radical Acceptance: The Power of Being Real
As organizations move from Social Responsibility to Social Equity, Risha Grant brings it all into perspective.
First, Get Rid of the BS.
It all starts with addressing unconscious biases. These create barriers to your inner badass and prevent connected cultures at work. The power of being the real you, the authentic you, brings forward a competitive advantage. When people feel empowered to radically accept themselves, they stop hiding their innovation, creativity, and unique abilities, which allows them to build authentic relationships.
Bias and belonging are in opposition to one another. Recognizing her own BS taught Risha that unconscious bias is a barrier to inclusion, both personally and professionally. By extending that knowledge to business, she teaches audiences to identify, own and confront their personal biases while also instructing companies on the importance of building a connected culture through self-awareness, dialogue, allyship and radical acceptance. These actions lead to the number one goal of creating an equitable workplace.

Leading with Purpose in Challenging Times
None of us has faced challenges as significant as the ones we're experiencing today. Political upheaval, sweeping social change, a global health crisis, and an overextended workforce are just a few of the pressures affecting leaders currently. That said, leaders who overcame monumental obstacles throughout history were people like you and me, contending with similar issues during their era. They succeeded because of a deep sense of PURPOSE and an ability to thrive when situations became challenging. The good news is that you also have that ability inside you and there has never been a more urgent need to unlock your purpose and put it to work in your life.
How you respond to difficulties today will forever shape the person you will become tomorrow. Join Nick Craig for an insightful and impactful session that highlights examples of how women have tapped into their purpose and led powerfully from it. Discover how you too can rise above near-term obstacles to become your very best at a time when it matters most.
